Both of Clark Voge’s winning tickets were in the lottery’s popular “Bonus Crossword” scratch game and he bought both of them at Sparky’s in Cherokee. The 49-year-old said after winning the game’s top prize just a few weeks ago, he knew right away that the ticket he bought Tuesday was a top prize winner as well.
