The IHRC met July 13 at Indiana Grand Racing & Casino in Shelbyville to consider the petition of Eldorado Resorts, Inc. to acquire all of the ownership of Caesar’s Entertainment Corporation and its direct and indirect subsidiaries in Indiana.
