A former lottery winner is now facing 28 criminal charges, after Lethbridge police say a search of his northside home turned up prohibited weapons, ammo, drugs and even suspected explosive devices. The discovery was made on Friday night, after officers responded to reports of a man uttering threats and pointing a firearm.
