Jacob Radosevich, younger brother of the late jockey Joshua Radosevich, accepted congratulations Dec. 17 after guiding Mobil Sky to victory in the $75,000 memorial race named for his sibling at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course.
