Father and daughter, Darren and Carlee Doyle of Charlottetown are the $1 million Lotto Max winners first announced in May. The Doyle’s were announced as the winners from the stage during a break at the Cavendish Beach Music Festival Friday. Atlantic Lotto is a title sponsor of the festival.
