Harrison County Sheriff’s Office is warning about aggressive calls involving the “International Jamaican Lottery” after at least one resident in the area lost hundreds of thousands of dollars. The call involves tricking residents into believing they’ve won a lottery by using personal information about them – gathered on the Internet – and then taking their money with a “bait and switch.”
