A 56-year-old Jacksonville man has claim the top prize in a $1,000 a week for life scratch-off game from the Florida Lottery. Mark Johnson claimed the prize at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee and chose to receive his winnings as a one-time lump-sum payment of $820,129.96.
