FTSE 100 movers: Vodafone gains on Orange results; Pearson slumps on downgrade

London’s FTSE 100 was up 0.4% to 6,374.99 at 1450 BST, tracking broader gains in the market as comments from European Central Bank president Mario Draghi fuelled hopes that more stimulus is on its way. Readacross was the theme on Thursday, as a number of London-listed stocks moved in tandem with their European or US peers.
