Mobile gambling operator LeoVegas has tapped B2B sportsbook technology provider Kambi Sports Solutions to spur the site’s diversification beyond its casino roots.
On Friday, Kambi announced it had signed a deal to deliver its fully managed sportsbook to Malta-based casino operator LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group. The addition, which will be in place by the end of H1, will allow LeoVegas customers to shift seamlessly between casino and sports verticals while furthering LeoVegas’ expansion into new international markets.
Kambi CEO Kristian Nylèn complimented LeoVegas as a “very exciting and fast growing brand in mobile gaming” and predicted that the two companies’ “mutual interest in driving innovation in mobile sports betting forms a powerful foundation for this partnership.”
LeoVegas co-founder Gustaf Hagman logrolled back, saying an “extensive selection process” had identified Kambi as “the partner that can match our high ambition and provide enabling technology and capability for us to innovate and drive the sports betting experience in the mobile era.”
