The United States Department of Justice says Delroy Drummond, a 26-year-old of Broward County in South Florida, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. Drummond is scheduled to be sentenced on May 31, where he will face a maximum statutory sentence of up to 20 years in prison.
