A Lake Charles man left his personal laptop in the backseat of a vehicle he stole and later crashed, authorities said. Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Kim Myers said Justin Sittig has been arrested in connection with a Nov. 17 vehicle theft.
