Organisers Camelot say the ticket was bought in East Ayrshire on November 22 last year, but the 180 day deadline has now expired. A Lottery spokesperson said: “The ticket-holder did not come forward within the deadline to claim their prize and has now sadly missed out on this substantial amount of money.
