ROCKLIN, CA: A ticket with five numbers in Wednesday’s drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery, but missing the Powerball number, was sold at a gasoline station in Rocklin, near Sacramento, and is worth $1,623,182. One ticket each with five numbers, but missing the Powerball number, was also sold in Minnesota and New Jersey, the Multi-State Lottery Association, which conducts the game, announced.
