Georgia to roll out Monopoly Millionaires' Club lottery scratch ticket
Georgia, Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Tennessee will be the first to roll out the new scratch ticket, but more states are expected to follow.
