Sarajevo, January 25th 2017 – European Organization for Gaming Law (EOGL) proudly announce the International conference„Taxation in the European Gaming Industry“, organized on Wednesday, January 25th 2017 in the Golden Hall of the Radon Plaza Hotel in Sarajevo.
Presenters will be Nikos Roumnakis, president of the European Organization for Gaming Law, Pierre Tournier, european expert on harmonization issues of the European legislation in the field of internet gambling with the EU institutions, Pieter Paepe, internationally recognized expert on EU law and games of chance, financial expert professor doctor Izudin Kešetović (University of Tuzla, Faculty of Economics), economic expert professor doctor Hasan Mahmutović, professor at the Faculty of Economics in Zenica, Marina Habuš, secretary of the Croatian bett shops Association, Tatjana Šćepanović, general secretary of Association of organizers of games of chance Montenegro Bet, Stjepko Čordaš, director of NSOFT Ltd. Mostar, lawyer Sanja Iličić-Lukenda, as well as the representatives of the organizers of games of chance from the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Calls for the presentation were also sent to the President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Federal Ministry of Finance, Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, delegates of the House of Peoples of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the House of Representatives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and League of cities and municipalities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In front of the audience presenters will present models and positive practice of taxation of games of chance in the West European countries with stable fiscal regime, present reviews and analyzes of the current and proposed legislation of this business in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and talk about the possible financial effects.
