A Stone Mountain grandmother can probably find some extra ways to spoil her seven grandkids after she became an instant millionaire with the Georgia Lottery. Emma Stinnett, 63, of Stone Mountain, won $1.5 million in the Lottery’s new instant game Fast Bucks, the lottery announced Wednesday.
