The $1 million unclaimed lottery ticket that was sold in North Charleston will be used to fix up a house that was damaged by the flooding in October, according to the South Carolina Education Lottery. The couple who bought the ticket, whose names were not disclosed, paid $2 for the winning Powerball ticket last week at the Kwik Stop on North Rhett Avenue.
