A 24-year-old St Elizabeth man charged under the anti-lottery scamming Act was granted $1 million bail when he appeared in court yesterday. It is alleged that in March, Thompson was in Santa Cruz to acquire a wrecker to tow a vehicle when he was approached by a plain clothed policeman.
