A $5 million lottery ticket was sold in Gwinnett County, but the winnings are headed to the other side of town. The Georgia Lottery said John Carrico of Woodstock, in Cherokee County, purchased the winning ticket at the Publix located at 3120 Mathis Airport Parkway in Suwanee.
