One lucky Powerball player who bought a ticket on Santa Monica’s Main Street is sitting on $600,140 today, the California Lottery reported. That ticket, purchased for Wednesday’s multistate lottery game, matched five of six numbers drawn: 26, 1, 38, 34 and 51, missing only the Powerball number, which was 6. The winner is urged to immediately sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place before taking it to any of the state’s nine Lottery District Offices.
