Jeff Barnsley, 69, from Tredegar and his wife Irene, 62, have already treated their family to new cars and are now planning a luxury holiday for the whole family. Jeff, who is General Secretary at the Tredegar Camera Club where he has been a member for 25 years, is also looking forward to splashing out on new camera gear to indulge his love of photography.
