Another $1million Powerball ticket sold

Lucky Stationary  convenience store, located in a strip mall at 6 Red Schoolhouse Road, sold someone a Powerball ticket worth $1 million, according to New York lottery officials.

The $2 Quick Pick ticket matched all five white balls in Wednesday’s night drawing, but not the Powerball. The winning numbers for the $1 million prize were 12-24-35-36-49.

Whoever beat the odds of 1 in 5.15 million has one year from the date of the drawing to claim the prize money, lotto officials said.

But no ticket hit the full Powerball jackpot, now $289 million. The next drawing is Saturday. A previous $1 million ticket was sold in North Jersey earlier in the week.
