The boyfriend of Brunswick County’s $188 million Powerball winner, Marie Holmes, was arrested Sunday for allegedly helping to set up illegal street racing Saturday night. According to the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to call about two cars driving recklessly in the Cedar Grove area.
