Casino Citys 2015-2016 North American Gaming Almanac and CD, released today by Casino City Press, reports U.S. gaming revenue increased by 2.71 percent in 2013, for a total of $96.42 billion. The Almanac contains more than 700 pages on the North American gaming market , including profiles for each U.S. state and Canadian province, and nearly 1,000 revenue charts and tables.
