A Colorado woman visiting her 96-year-old mother in Georgia won $1 million in the Powerball Lottery in August. Judith Newcomb of Golden, Colo., matched the first five winning numbers from the Aug. 29 Powerball drawing to win the big prize, the Georgia Lottery announced.
