Australia-listed casino operator Donaco International Ltd., has recorded strong growth, thanks to the star of the company, Star Vegas Resort and Club.

During the company’s general annual meeting, Donaco managing director Joey Lim has touted Star Vegas Resort and Club as the company’s largest business, posting 86% increase in revenue and 57% in net profit last year.

The casino’s September VIP rolling chip turnover increased 43% year-on-year while VIP win rate saw 3.39%, higher than 3.15% year-on-year and above the 2.85% standard theoretical win rate used by casino operators in Asia.

In October, rolling chip turnover totaled to AUD528 million, bringing year to date turnover to approximately AUD1.83 billion, up 99% from the same period last year. Table games net revenue to date reached AUD 26.77 million, up 79% while slot machines is also up 59% to AUD 13.76 million.
