A Douglasville man is celebrating winning more than $488,000 from the Georgia Lottery with numbers selected from a Quik Pik ticket. Dan Casteel, 63, matched all five winning numbers from the April 5 Fantasy 5 drawing, winning the $488,279 jackpot prize.
