A south suburban woman who won $6.25 million in the Illinois Lottery plans to have the wedding of her dreams in the Bahamas. Janeel Carson, 34, bought the winning Quick Pick ticket for the March 5 Lotto drawing at the BP station at 17002 Torrence Ave. in Lansing, according to the Illinois Lottery.
