For the final time, the doors will open at 9 am Wednesday in Hollywood for the lottery under the $100 million California Film & TV Tax Credit Program. The doors of the California Film Commission then close at 3 pm, after which a California Highway Patrol officer will make the random selection of which projects to fund and which go on the waiting list.
