A total of 7.2 million is being handed out to breathe new life into the green spaces which are already a draw for locals and visitors. Dean Castle Park covering 200 acres in the heart of Kilmarnock has been awarded 3.3m for a project which includes an outdoor theatre and a 3.5 mile path.
