Florida resident, Richard Davis won $7,057,696.67 from playing the numbers he found in his fortune cookie in the Florida Lottery on August 22, 2015. Davis, 66, of Boca Raton, says he occasionally plays the lottery, but normally focuses on the multi-state games with hundred million dollar jackpots.
