The Iowa Attorney General’s office has charged a Texas man in connection with a lottery fraud case in which a former Iowa lottery official tried to rig jackpots in several states, including Iowa. Tommy Tipton is the brother of Eddie Tipton, the former security director of the Multistate Lottery Association convicted in July of fraud for fixing a $16.5 million Hot Lotto jackpot in Iowa.
