A Boca Raton man who claimed a $10 million Florida Lotto jackpot says he used numbers found in a fortune cookie. The Florida Lottery said Wednesday that 66-year-old Richard Davis claimed the jackpot from a drawing held Aug. 22. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump sum payment of $7,057.696.
