Gov. John Kasich Monday appointed a former Cuyahoga County Probate judge candidate to replace Ed Wade on the Cleveland Municipal Court. Michael R. Sliwinski, currently an attorney at the Ohio Lottery Commission, will fill the vacant seat April 4 as Wade takes another judgeship at the court.
