Richard Shy, 65, has been bagging groceries for 15 years at a Gwinnett County grocery store and it paid off in a big way this week, according to the Georgia Lottery. Shy won $3 million in the lottery’s Jumbo Bucks Lotto with Ca$h Match game after buying the winning ticket at the same Lilburn-area Publix Super Market where he works.
