Leprechaun News owner Yogi Patel told CBS New York a longtime lottery customer cane into his Lyndhurst store and bought several hundred dollars with of scratch-off tickets. But the distracted customer didn’t notice that one of the $20 double diamond tickets was a winner and tossed it in the trash, the report said.
