A Johns Creek man whose children have benefitted from the Georgia Lottery-funded HOPE Scholarship Program has, himself, won a Georgia Lottery prize. Samuel Eulette, 60, was selected as a grand prize winner in the Georgia Lottery’s Play It Again Reloaded Second Chance Promotion, winning a $15,000 prize.
