A woman from Justice plans to use her $100,000 lottery winnings to buy a car, and she’ll share some of the money with her family. Jo Hurley, an occasional lottery player, bought a $100 Million Money Mania instant ticket from E&M Food and Liquor, 7758 Archer Road in Justice, according to an Illinois Lottery news release.
