A Southern California man is suing Las Vegas police, alleging excessive force by officers who he says punched, beat and choked him with a baton during a 2014 reggae concert at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. Attorney Cal Potter says security video of the arrest of Ian Tuuamalemalo shows what Potter calls “an organized riot on the part of the police.”
