The Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition has announced the Lights of Life gala will take place from 7 p.m. to midnight, Saturday, Feb. 27, at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino. This year’s celebration will be a commemoration of the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition’s 25 years of service to the community.
