The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery’s revenue and money raised for college scholarships both increased slightly in November compared with the same month a year ago. The lottery’s total revenue rose from $30.6 million in November 2014 to $32.2 million last month, the lottery reported to Gov. Asa Hutchinson and the Legislature’s lottery oversight committee.
