When Jacqueline Duvall scratched her Money Money Money ticket from the Virginia Lottery, she saw a money bag icon, so she knew she’d won something. The Madison Heights woman thought maybe she’d won her money back and not much more, so she finished eating her lunch before scratching the rest of the ticket.
