SUISUN CITY – A Suisun City business sold a winning lottery ticket Monday for the second time this month, according to California Lottery officials. Pablo Bringas, of Suisun City, won $750,000 after he stopped at a convenience store at 2 a.m. to buy a $10 “Crossword Ca$h” scratcher, according to lottery officials.
