A Marshfield man who struck it big in the Wisconsin Lottery seven years ago is now convicted of child molestation. 34-year-old Rafael Ruiz, Jr. pleaded guilty Monday to Marathon County charges of second-degree child sex assault, and repeated assault of the same child.
