Newlyweds from Cape Cod are planning to buy a house, pay off student loans and buy a truck after winning $15 million on an instant scratch-off ticket. WCVB-TV reports that Stacy and David Foster, of Orleans, who were married May 1, went to a store on Route 6 in Eastham Saturday and asked for a $30 Supreme Millions ticket from a machine behind a different register.
