Mayor Greg Fischer delivered his State of City address at the Southwest Regional Library in Valley Station, again taking the speech out of its traditional downtown home as he tries to reach more parts of Louisville. “It’s a big city,” Mayor Fischer said in the first address delivered outside the Watterson Expressway.
