The Miss Delaware Scholarship Organization has announced the Miss Delaware competition will be held at 7:30, Saturday, June 13, at Dover Downs. The Miss Delaware Outstanding Teen competition will be held at 7:30 p.m., Friday, June 12, at Dover Downs.
