With six offers on the table, the North Carolina Education Lottery will be moving all of its headquarters staff and operations to a bigger office campus in north Raleigh by next summer. The lottery office in September had issued a request for proposals for a need to lease about 100,000 square feet of office and warehouse space, which is more than double the space that the N.C. Lottery currently occupies at its headquarters on Yonkers Road.
