A Naperville man has won the largest prize in Illinois Lottery history.The Illinois Lottery says it will present a $265 million check to the winner on Tuesday afternoon in downtown Chicago. Lottery officials say the first line of numbers on the man’s $5 Quick Pick ticket matched all six numbers to win the jackpot in the Jan. 16 Mega Millions drawing.Illinois Lottery Director Michael Jones will present the winner with an oversized check.
