Nathan Ball, of Estcourt Terrace, Leeds, but formerly of Canning Road, Southport, admitted vandalising the children’s playground at King’s Garden on June 8 last year. As well as damaging the monkey, the 23-year-old also attacked a children’s climbing frame.
